The XBT HM007010 features a 5.7-inch monochrome LCD with 320 x 240 pixel resolution. This display presents process data, alarm messages, and system status with excellent readability. The CCFL backlight ensures clear visibility even in dimly lit control rooms. You can replace the backlight easily when it reaches the end of its 50,000-hour service life.
Responsive Touch Operation
This operator interface incorporates an analog resistive touchscreen for intuitive user input. The touch panel registers presses accurately and responds immediately to operator commands. You can design custom screens with pushbuttons, numeric entry fields, and graphical indicators. Consequently, this interface eliminates the need for physical control panels, reducing cabinet space and wiring complexity.
Ample Memory for Complex Applications
The XBT HM007010 provides 256 KB of battery-backed SRAM for runtime data and user settings. An additional 1 MB of Flash EPROM stores your application screens and configuration permanently. The lithium battery retains all RAM contents for up to one year during power loss. Furthermore, the terminal supports 500 user-programmable alarms and 100 recipes with 100 registers each.
Versatile Communication Capabilities
This operator interface offers dual communication ports for flexible system integration. The RS-232 port connects directly to PLC programming terminals or printer devices. The RS-422/485 port enables multi-drop networking with up to 31 devices on a single bus. You can select the port protocol through software configuration. Therefore, the XBT HM007010 communicates seamlessly with Schneider and third-party controllers.
Rugged Construction for Factory Environments
The XBT HM007010 carries an IP65 front panel rating against water jets and dust ingress. This sealing protects the internal electronics from moisture, dirt, and cleaning chemicals.
