This terminal board connects RTD temperature sensors directly to GE Mark VIe systems. You can mount GE IS200TRTDH1C IS200TRTDH1CBA inside standard industrial control cabinets. The unit accepts fifteen independent 3-wire RTD inputs simultaneously. Each channel provides constant current excitation for stable resistance measurements.

Board Layout and Components

The PCB organizes fifteen channels across three logical groups of five. A precision current source provides 0.25 mA excitation to every sensor. Moreover, 156 discrete components handle signal filtering and lead resistance cancellation. The 3-wire design removes cable length errors automatically. Consequently, you get accurate temperature data from distant measurement points.

Installation Process

You can install GE IS200TRTDH1C IS200TRTDH1CBA on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. The 50-pin ribbon cable connects directly to the Mark VIe analog input card. Furthermore, each screw terminal accepts 16–24 AWG solid or stranded wire. Clearly marked labels show A, B, and B’ terminals for each of the fifteen channels.

Performance Advantages
