Board Layout and Components
The PCB arranges 16 input channels in two rows of eight. Each channel includes a dedicated optoisolator for galvanic isolation. Additionally, 95 discrete components provide signal conditioning and filtering. An internal 12V supply provides wetting voltage for dry contacts. Consequently, you do not need external power for contact monitoring.
Installation Process
