This GE IS200STAIH2A terminal board operates from a 24V DC power supply. It terminates 16 analog input signals for turbine control systems. The unit measures 22 cm in length, 17 cm in width, and 4.5 cm in height. Its total weight reaches 0.7 kg without any packaging materials.

The GE IS200STAIH2A includes 16 differential analog input channels with filtering. Additionally, it features one 50-pin ribbon connector for host interface. A single 6-pin terminal block connects the DC power input. The board contains 16 analog conditioners, 1 FPGA, 8 voltage regulators, 24 resistors, and 18 capacitors.

GE IS200STAIH2A stores energy using one electrolytic capacitor. This capacitor provides 100 µF at 35V rating for input filtering. Consequently, the board maintains stable readings during 20 millisecond power fluctuations. Therefore, measurement accuracy remains high in noisy industrial environments.

Design and Integration

This analog input terminal board uses four-layer PCB construction with guarded analog traces for noise rejection. Consequently, the GE IS200STAIH2A operates reliably from -10°C to +55°C ambient temperature.

For installation, you need M3 screws for the four mounting holes. The board draws 150 mA typical current from the 24V DC supply. Each input channel provides software selectable gain and filtering. We recommend using shielded twisted-pair cables for all sensor connections.

Practical Application

This terminal board connects field sensors to a turbine analog input module. It terminates signals from thermocouples, RTDs, and pressure transmitters.
