This coprocessor module provides 256 KB of battery-backed RAM for user programs and data storage. The 512 KB Flash EPROM stores the operating system and application code permanently. The lithium battery retains all RAM contents for up to six months. Furthermore, the module includes 2,048 internal data registers and 256 timers and counters for sophisticated programming.
