I/O modules

The IC693MDL640C includes a 16-terminal removable connector block for field wiring. Each terminal accepts wire sizes from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². The removable design allows you to replace the module without rewiring. A shield terminal supports shielded cables for noisy environments.

Diagnostic Indicators and Status Monitoring

Sixteen LEDs display the real-time ON/OFF status of each input point. A green LED indicates the presence of backplane power to the module. The module also provides an LED for module active status verification. These visual aids simplify troubleshooting in the control cabinet.

Input Filtering and Noise Rejection

The module incorporates a digital filter to eliminate contact bounce and noise. You can configure the filter time constant via the PLC configuration software.
