Engineered for Mark V Speedtronic Field Wiring

This card terminates all field wiring for gas turbine controls. It provides secure connection points for the GE DS200TBQGG1A DS200TBQGG1AAA module. You will find this unit exclusively in the Mark V turbine control series. Unlike standard termination cards, this version uses the “AAA” functional revision. It handles up to 50 discrete field wiring terminations simultaneously.

Functional Architecture and Terminal Layout

This card connects field devices to the main control system. It uses 50 screw terminals for secure wire attachment. You can terminate analog, digital, and power signals here. Moreover, the module includes two solid copper grounding bars. These components provide low-resistance paths for fault currents. Consequently, the card protects sensitive electronics from voltage surges.

Installation and Operational Guidelines

The GE DS200TBQGG1A DS200TBQGG1AAA operates across a wide temperature range. It accepts wire gauges from 14 to 22 AWG. You must torque each terminal screw to 0.5 Nm maximum. Always label both ends of every field cable. This procedure simplifies future troubleshooting and maintenance. Furthermore, the card supports both shielded and unshielded wiring. This feature reduces electromagnetic interference in noisy environments.

Physical Characteristics and Durability

This termination card has a rugged, flame-retardant PCB construction. Its substantial 0.41 kg weight reflects the heavy-duty build quality. The layout follows GE’s standard Mark V clearance specifications. Therefore, it mounts securely inside C-frame or G-frame cabinets. The card includes clear numbering for all 50 terminal positions. In addition, it maintains stable operation between -30°C and 65°C ambient temperature. You can store this unit safely up to 85°C.
