Engineered for Mark V Speedtronic Load Switching
This terminal board provides reliable relay switching for external loads. It connects field actuators directly to the GE DS200RTBAG2A DS200RTBAG2AFB module. You will find this unit exclusively in the Mark V turbine control series. Unlike standard relay boards, this version uses the “AFB” functional revision. It supports up to 16 independent form-C relay channels for industrial control.
Technical Specifications & Physical Dimensions
We designed this relay board for demanding load management applications. The table below presents all verified technical specifications.

Functional Architecture and Terminal Layout
This terminal board connects to the main control board via ribbon cable. It uses 16 form-C relays for normally open or closed wiring. You can independently configure each channel for different load types. Moreover, the board includes 16 flyback suppression diodes. These components protect the drive from inductive kickback voltages. Consequently, the module switches motors and solenoids without damaging electronics.
Installation and Operational Guidelines
The GE DS200RTBAG2A DS200RTBAG2AFB operates with 24V DC coil voltage. It switches each relay in under 8 milliseconds. You must torque terminal screws to 0.6 Nm maximum. Always install external fuses for circuits above 5 Amps. This practice prevents contact welding during overload events. Furthermore, the board supports visual flag indicators for each relay. This feature allows quick status checking without meters.
Physical Characteristics and Environmental Limits
This relay board has a rugged, high-creepage PCB construction. Its substantial 0.55 kg weight reflects the industrial-grade relay quality. The layout follows GE’s standard Mark V isolation specifications. Therefore, it mounts securely inside C-frame or G-frame cabinets. The board requires 10mm clearance above for heat dissipation. In addition, it maintains stable operation between -25°C and 60°C ambient temperature. You can store this unit safely up to 85°C.
