Relay Configuration and Contact Ratings

Sixteen electromechanical relays provide isolated dry contacts for field devices. Each relay coil operates on 24V DC from the backplane supply. Field Wiring and Status Indication

Six removable 20-pin terminal blocks accept field wiring from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm². You can land wires without special tools or crimp terminals. Two 50-pin ribbon connectors link the board to the Mark V controller. Sixteen red LEDs illuminate when each relay coil energizes. Therefore, you can verify output states without a multimeter.
