Warranty Policy

Autony Tech provides warranty coverage on eligible automation components and system solutions to ensure quality and performance. This policy outlines our standard warranty terms, coverage limitations, and claims procedures.

1. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified in the product quotation or invoice, our standard warranty is:

  • 12 months from the date of shipment
  • Coverage applies to normal usage under proper operating conditions

Extended warranties may be available for select product lines upon request.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failure under normal industrial conditions
  • Premature failure due to internal component defects

If a covered failure occurs, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following:

  • A replacement unit
  • A repair
  • A credit or refund

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence
  • Products altered or modified without prior approval
  • Natural wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Failures due to external factors (e.g., power surge, environment, incompatible equipment)

4. Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our service team at uma@meloauto.com with the order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team may request photos, test results, or return of the product for inspection.
  3. After verification, we will process the claim within 5–10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of the product.
