Integrated Transmitter Power Supply

The module supplies regulated DC power to all eight two-wire transmitters. You see 15.0 volts available at 20 milliamps loop current. Open-circuit voltage reaches 29.3 volts maximum. Therefore, the AAI135-H00 powers even long cable runs without additional field power supplies.

Flexible Field Termination Options

You choose among pressure clamp terminals, MIL connectors, or KS cable assemblies. Pressure clamps accept bare copper wire from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² cross-section. MIL connectors provide quick disconnect for panel shop prefabrication. KS cables offer pre-terminated harnesses for standardized installations.

Mechanical and Environmental Specifications

The AAI135-H00 weighs exactly 0.3 kilograms with all connectors installed. Its 45 mm wide housing mounts directly into ESB and ER bus node racks. You operate this module continuously from -20 °C to +70 °C ambient. Non-condensing humidity tolerance reaches 95 percent.

Hazardous Location Application Notes

This module does not comply with RoHS material restrictions by design. You must install appropriate Zener barriers or isolators in explosive atmospheres.
