Sensor Overview
The PR6423/10R-131 is an 8mm non-contact eddy current sensor designed for shaft displacement, position, eccentricity, and speed measurement. Moreover, it operates reliably in harsh environments including steam, gas, and hydro turbines, compressors, and industrial pumps. In addition, the sensor features a robust PEEK tip and PTFE cable, ensuring durability in high-temperature and high-vibration conditions.
Functional Highlights
The sensor provides a linear measurement range of 2 mm with an initial air gap of 0.5 mm. Its Incremental Scale Factor (ISF) of 8 V/mm ±5% guarantees precise readings across the operational temperature range. Furthermore, the CON041 signal converter processes radial and axial displacement signals with frequency response up to 20 kHz and rise time <15µs.
