Prosoft MVI69L-MBS Overview
The MVI69L-MBS is a compact Modbus Serial Lite Communication Module built for CompactLogix™ controllers. It enables flexible integration of Modbus devices while reducing engineering time through its Add-On Profile and Add-On Instruction. With one configurable serial port, the module operates as either a Master or Slave, making it a versatile solution for industrial networks.
Integration and Configuration
You can configure the MVI69L-MBS with ProSoft Configuration Builder software. The module automatically creates UDTs, simplifying data mapping and diagnostics. Configuration is stored in the CompactLogix project file (ACD), ensuring backup and easy restoration. This co-processor design reduces PLC scan impact and optimizes system efficiency.
