Product Overview
The Bently Nevada 3300/16-14-01-03-00-00-00 XY/GAP Dual Vibration Monitor delivers continuous, real-time measurement of radial vibration and average shaft position. It replaces the legacy 3300/15 model while introducing gap alarms for both vibration channels. Moreover, this dual-channel monitor enhances protection and diagnostics in critical rotating equipment.
It supports inputs from two proximity probes or Proximitor® systems, ensuring precise monitoring across a wide frequency range. Therefore, engineers gain both performance visibility and protection against mechanical failure.
Core Capabilities:
- Dual-channel measurement for radial vibration and shaft gap
- Accepts standard proximity probe signals (3300 XL, 7200 Series)
- LCD bargraph display with integrated probe gap scale
- Programmable trip multiply, alert, and danger setpoints
- API 670-compatible machine protection
Functional Highlights
This module’s flexibility makes it suitable for diverse machinery configurations. Each channel provides programmable sensitivity, frequency range, and output type, supporting reliable signal conditioning and alarm logic.
In addition, its user-friendly interface, combined with front and rear buffered outputs, enables quick diagnostics without interrupting system performance.
Key Advantages:
- Flexible Sensitivity: 100 mV/mil or 200 mV/mil, user-selectable for optimal accuracy
- Wide Frequency Range: 1 Hz to 4,000 Hz for various machine speeds
- Multiple Recorder Outputs: +4 to +20 mA, +1 to +5 VDC, or 0 to -10 VDC
- Gap and Vibration Alarms: Configurable thresholds for each channel
- Compact Installation: Occupies one standard rack slot
