This module features eight opto-isolated digital inputs, which safely accept 24 VDC signals from limit switches, pushbuttons, or safety devices. Additionally, the DSQC201 provides seven transistor outputs capable of switching 0.5 A each to control pilot lights, relays, or small actuators. Therefore, you gain a complete interface point in a single, compact unit.

Seamless DeviceNet Communication

The DSQC201 connects to the robot controller as a standard slave on the DeviceNet network. This built-in communication interface allows for quick configuration using standard RobotStudio tools. As a result, the robot system can easily monitor input states and control output signals without complex wiring back to the main cabinet.

Space-Saving Design for On-Arm Mounting

ABB designed this module with a rugged, IP20-rated enclosure suitable for mounting inside control cabinets or directly on the robot base.
