Replacement and Setup Procedure

When replacing a DAPC 100 board:

1. Prepare a PC with the ASTAT Tool application and a parameter file (*.ast) for the motion system.
2. Use Tool Cable 3ASC262741H1 (RS-232).
3. Provide a 24 V DC power supply (10 A for switched type, 2 A for linear type).
4. Use a terminal block (Phoenix 1777280 or the one from the existing board).
5. Remove all S2 jumpers and install all S3 jumpers on the new board.
6. Place Jumper S4 in position 7-8 for a communication rate of 115200 bps.
7. Connect the 24 V DC supply to the X4 terminal.
8. Connect the Tool cable to the board and the PC.
9. Configure the board via the ASTAT Tool, load the parameter file, and synchronize parameters.
